Replacement/ policy

At Constructiondukan, we prioritize customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best service possible. Please review our Returns and Replacements policy carefully:

  1. Replacement Request:
    • If you receive a damaged, missing, empty package, or wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Once your request is approved, we will arrange for the pick-up of the product through our logistics team within 7 business days.
  2. Failed Reverse Pickup:
    • If the reverse pickup is unsuccessful at your address, you may be required to dispatch the product back to us, and logistic charges may be reimbursed, as applicable.
  3. Exchange Process:
    • Exchanges will be processed only upon presenting the original invoice.
    • For online orders, please share pictures of the articles and proof of purchase (invoice) with our customer support center at [email address] before our logistics partner picks up the articles from your doorstep.
    • The exchanged article will then be delivered to you.
Replacements will be accepted under the following conditions:
  • Damaged: If the item delivered to you is in a damaged condition.
  • Defective: If the item delivered to you has a manufacturing flaw that hinders its intended use.
  • Difference: If the item delivered to you differs from the item ordered in terms of dimension, shape, or color.
  • Missing: If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has missing components.
  • Wrong Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
Replacements cannot be accepted under the following conditions:
  • No longer needed/low quality.
  • Customized/made-to-order products.
  • Inefficiency in usage leading to product damage.
  • Used/defected/altered/empty package/wrong product reported after 2 days of delivery.
  • For products purchased online, if the articles received are not in the same condition as in the pictures shared during the return request.
Reverse Pickups:
  • We offer a hassle-free reverse pickup policy for replacements and returns.
  • Once the replacement is approved, we will dispatch your new order within 7 business days after receiving the original product.
Please Note:
  • Replacement/return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide video and photographs of damaged products when requesting a return.
  • All replacement/return products must include original tags, brand packaging, primary packing, tapes, warranty cards, and accessories.
  • Customers will not be charged for reverse pickups and replacements.
  • Special orders and customized products cannot be replaced or returned under any circumstances.

Cancellation Time Frame - If you wish to cancel your order (or part of the order), you have the option to do so within 12 (twelve) hours of receiving the order confirmation or before the order is shipped, whichever occurs earlier. Once the cancellation is processed, any amount paid for the cancelled order/product will be promptly refunded. We do not impose any cancellation charges on customers unless we incur similar charges due to such cancellation.

  • Order Cancellation by Us - Under rare circumstances, we may have to cancel your order. If this happens, we will notify you in advance. Such situations may include unavailability of products, suspicions of payment fraud, incorrect pricing or product descriptions, or non-serviceability of your address by our logistics partner. Please rest assured that any cancellation will be at the sole discretion of the Company.
  • Delivery Attempts - Our delivery executive will make a maximum of 3 (three) attempts to deliver the purchased product(s) to you. If you are unavailable or unable to accept the delivery after the third attempt, we reserve the right to cancel the order of the purchased products at our sole discretion. In such cases, we may deduct the shipping and delivery charges incurred by us.
